As Chief People Officer, Andre oversees talent strategy, employee experience, and organizational development. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources and leadership development, he is focused on cultivating a workplace culture that empowers employees and supports the Banner’s mission to deliver trusted, impactful journalism across Maryland. Under his leadership, the organization has built an award-winning workplace culture, earning recognition as one of Baltimore’s Best Places to Work. Prior to joining the Banner, Andre served as SVP of DEI and Learning at Jellyfish, a global digital marketing firm, and has held human resources leadership roles across multiple industries throughout his career.
