CHIEF FINANCIAL AND GOVERNANCE OFFICER

As Chief Financial and Governance Officer, Mike Katz oversees all aspects of finance, including financial strategy, planning and management, as well as other key aspects of the business, including legal, real estate, risk management and procurement. Mike serves as Treasurer and Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Venetoulis Institute.   Mike brings over 40 years of progressive leadership experience, including thirteen years with Dow Jones where he oversaw print and digital financial planning for The Wall Street Journal, as well as with Penske Media Corporation where he helped launch several new paid websites including Rolling Stone Digital. Prior to working in media, Mike worked as a portfolio manager on Wall Street and in several roles in the energy sector.
