As Executive Editor of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Stan Wischnowski leads the newsroom of one of the nation's oldest and respected regional newspapers. Since his arrival in 2020, the P-G has won numerous national and state awards. He has spent the past 25 years as a top editor at Pennsylvania’s two largest newspapers. Before arriving at the Post-Gazette, he spent 20 years at the Philadelphia Inquirer, where under his leadership the paper won the Pulitzer Prize for Public Service (2012) and Criticism (2014) and was a Pulitzer finalist for Commentary (2017) and Local Reporting (2019).
